Last month was quite hectic, a lot of family related things during Christmas period, also at the actual Christmas my daughter got complicated flu and even was hospitalized, so myself and my wife spent 6 days there with her. Very grateful that this is over and she’s feeling good and healthy again.

In these periods you realize the only thing that is important is to be healthy, without it everything falls apart.

So with this behind, after New Year’s I decide to get back to my rhythm slowly, without rushing. I have spent time going through hand histories, running some sims, etc.

I wake up at 5 AM, go for small walk in the park with my dogs, and look few marked hands to start the brain working and by 6 I usually start my session. I play in ~90-120min intervals, if the game is exceptionally good I will play slightly longer, unless I feel I need a break.

Most often I play 2 or 3 these mini sessions per day. I’m usually done by ~2-3pm and after that it’s family time or other things.

This year I have played ~7k hands, so far it was quite a bumpy ride, but I am happy how I’m playing and most importantly I feel very strong mentally. Upcoming, days I will study bit more and do few coaching sessions, so likely not going to put much volume at the tables, but at the second half of the week I will hit the tables again.

Field wise games are decent currently on GG, however on Stars and Chico network I don’t get pretty much any volume at my playing hours.

Here are results so far:

Thanks for reading, good luck to all of you, happy New Year!
